About me


I am a experienced professional psychotherapist working in private practice in Witney and Oxford. For the last twenty years of my career I have treated hundreds of clients individually and in groups in a safe and open environment.
I have worked in several therapeutic communities, hospitals, day centres and in a school in both the UK and Greece. I work part-time as a core creative psychotherapist at HMP Grendon prison. I run personal growth, coaching groups and experiential weekend workshops. I am a registered affiliate Counsellor/Psychotherapist with the following healthcare insurance companies: Aviva, Cigna, WPA.

I am passionate about my work, helping people in need, dealing with work related and life dilemmas in emotionally hard times, crises and conflict. I support people in their working environment, providing them with creative solutions and motivation. I offer role playing and action methods to individuals towards work presentations, public speaking, successful interviews. I facilitate workshops for businesses and organisations: team and staff development, mediation, team building

In brief here are some of the difficulties that I have been helping clients with: Personal, Family and Work issues, Conflict, Emotional blocks, Feeling low, Relationships, Parenting Challenges, Life changes, Anxiety, Stress, Loss, Separation, Redundancy, Empowerment, New beginnings, Cultural issues, Cross cultural relationships, Sexuality, Confidence, Personal Development, Self belief, Depression, Sexual abuse, Eating Disorders, Phobias, Psoriasis, Anger, Addictions, Mental Health Disorders (e.g. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).

Strongly motivated to eliminate the stigma around mental health and help people transform their lives, I have been giving lectures on mental health issues as well as speeches on child development for young parents. For two years I broadcast a weekly radio show on childhood issues.

Training and Qualifications

I have been trained in an integrative, psychodynamic and existential, holistic background. I use Counselling and Cognitive (CBT) as well Action method techniques. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Creative Approaches to Supervision.

I am committed to my personal and professional growth and I am in supervision in accordance with the code of ethics and practice set out by UKCP.
