With twenty-five years of experience, I am an independent professional psychotherapist, supervisor, registered practitioner member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP/HIPC) and a leadership coach, with a degree in psychology.
I see clients individually and in groups in a safe and open environment. For the past decade, I have also been offering my services internationally through online platforms (video therapy & coaching).
During my career in psychology and psychotherapy, I have worked in several therapeutic communities, hospitals/psychiatric wards, psychiatric day-centres, prisons and in school settings, in both the UK and Greece.
In brief here are some of the difficulties that I have been helping clients with:
Personal, Family and Work issues, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Loss, Separation, Emotional blocks, Feeling low, Self esteem, Conflict, Anger,
Cultural issues, Cross-cultural relationships, Relationship with pets, New beginnings, Life changes, Parenting Challenges, Redundancy, Empowerment & Personal Development, Spirituality, Confidence, Sexuality, Eating Disorders, Health Anxiety, Panic attacks, Phobias, Psoriasis, Trichotillomania, Sexual abuse, Mental Health Disorders (e.g. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Intergenerational Trauma and others not named here.
